Question: How do I get a parcel to St Helena?
Answer: The parcel can be sent via the UK Postal service to us for forwarding on in our containers to the Island, this service also applies to Ascension and the Falklands.
Question: Can the parcel/package be collected?
Answer: We can arrange collection if required, please give a call on 0117 938 2349. (Also see our "Contact us" )
Question: What information do I need to give?
Answer: We need to know the following: -
1.Your full name and address and contact telephone number.
2.Details of who the parcel/package is going to.
3.Details of the content of the parcel/package.
Question: How do I pay?
Answer: We will send you an invoice once we know the collection and freight charges.
Question: What if I need to get an urgent item to one of the locations?
Answer: For urgent items to Ascension and St Helena we offer an airfreight service via the RAF flights to Ascension, our consignments are sent on a weekly basis, please give us a call for further details.
Question: I have a larger number of items to ship including personal effects. Can you handle this?
Answer: We are able to handle the complete range of goods and in the case of large consignments please give a call to discuss your requirements in detail.
